1. Outer Eye Lid Presses

10. Tongue Press
The Tongue Press works a muscle you probably have never heard of, butitis critical to maintaining a youthful-looking jawline.Tip your head back, so you are looking at the ceiling thenpress your tongue against the roof of your mouth.
