Great product
I've learned a lot about K2 & D3 since this product arrived because it motivated me to do some research. As we age, most of us us will need supplemental maintenance for bone health, cardiovascular health among other things. I love this product because it's perfect (for me, and I would hope for others). I absolutely love that it combines D3 with calcium and K so you get the most effective compound all wrapped into an easy to swallow capsule if you haven't already, I'm not a Dr., but I do recommend checking your vitamin D levels, as it might change your viewpoint on this supplement.. It is essential to so many bodily functions and many people need supplementation for optimum levels! I feel better taking it, I love the price, the label and the fact that there are so many benefits to it. This is one of my most favorite products and I'm very glad I discovered it.
