I was at the end of my rope. I was thinking that I was dying. I am 50 years old, self employed, and very busy. For the last year or so I have been feeling really run down. Hard to get up in the mornings, ready for bed by noon. No energy. I found a video on youtube from Dr. Berg about adrenal fatigue and did a search for support. I have been doing a keto diet for the last year and have lost 35 pounds but have none of energy I heard so many people talk about. I was getting heart palpitations, nervous feelings, and general feelings of exhaustion all day long. Within 2 days of taking Adrenal Support I felt like a different man. A week into it, no heart palpitations, and no anxiety. I feel normal again, and I am so relieved because I thought I was going to drop dead at any moment. I am going to try the thyroid support next.
