2. Reduce inflammation
Inflammation exacerbates signs of adrenal fatigue. Cut inflammatory foods out of your diet and use anti-inflammatory supplements, including curcumin, turmeric, and omega-3 fatty acids. Foods that can cause inflammation include dairy products, refined sugars, refined wheat, fried foods, grain-fed meats, processed meats, and fast food. Rather than eat these foods, fill yourself up with naturally anti-inflammatory foods such as nuts, leafy greens, oily fish, tomatoes, olive oil, and berries.
